Dimicks for a coffee for bfast (no food) I feel a little unsettled in the heart today, same as yesterday (and these last two nights). It could be my glands due to an illness, or pecs from a workout. I hope it isn't anxiety related I did have a pretty big weekend, not crazy • Thu night trivia, i got tired by 10pm • Friday day drinking from 4pm, home by 11pm • Sat night i stayed in, watched a movie • Sun afternoon saw my parents, then N for dinner By 4:30pm, i feel a sinus headache starting & maybe a migraine Bird species: 17 Total steps: 9,000+

Breakfast with N at Two Brothers, Mitcham Rd I was 20 min early, so i tried to find J's old place — which i had only been to once before but i recognised the street name (and her tree out front) Walked home via the post office to pick up 2 packages: solar-powered bubbler for my fish & a fingerprint scanner to unlock my laptop Early this week i received my solar-powered plant waterer, my which gives me 3 gadgets to play with over this coming long- weekend Friday/Tomrw is a public holiday in Melbourne for the footballers' parade on the day before the AFL Grand Final Worked until 2pm TRIVIA AT THE BIRMY The uber rider before me apparently had a Great Northern Total steps: 11,000+

Coffee with N at Thornton Cresent Café We got a breakfast roll, it contained a hash-brown Coffee was okay but served in a take-away cup Food was good. Next time i want to try the B.L.T. Planned guitar on the back deck after work Had 3 beers Watched the film Catch-22 (1970) which i realised within the first 5 min that i've seen before. It's brilliant! I enjoyed it even more this year than last year. A+ no notes

Jolimont café w/ A and B 60-min walk before breakfast (a toastie) & coffee UPDATE: Lost & Found Stump • Stump rotting around the sides • Attacked by kids by the looks • Badminton bat/face badly hurt • Bingo from bluey i added today. ME Time - SEPTEMBER EDITION A miracle has happened. I logged in to work today (9:30am) to find my calendar is blocked out all afternoon  They have given us all a "ME Day" (½ a day) and i have been too busy to look ahead -living in the moment like the buddha, as i like to say (Somebody did mention it earlier this week but i thought they were joking!) T, M, & G (my trivia crew) will let me know when they arrive in Smith St at Gertrude St cnr. Then i'll make my way there to join their birthday bar crawl • Fitzroy Beer Garden ~4pm • CR's Dirty Secret ~5pm • Pubcha Korean (Bibimbap - Spicy pork) ~6pm • Boardies ~7pm • Kent Street ~8pm • Wheat, Wine, And Whiskey ~9pm • Runner Up ~11pm • The Mill Brewery at Bendigo Hotel ~...

Walked quickly up to bfast w N at kopcha*  Google said 24 min but i think i made it in 20 min Work seemed successful. Had a good chat with L from 4-5pm. She knows where they visited are buried with my current project. She said it was helpful to talk with me. I found her informative to.  Waiting for the other shoe to drop overnight. Same pattern as it has been since Apr 1 tbh BIRMINGHAM HOTEL, COLLINGWOOD Went to trivia. Nobody from our team had booked a table. Trivia was booked out. We sat in the front bar chatting, eating, and drinking Uber home ~10pm – v tired Total steps: 5,000 *which we call 🚁 (we have a nickname for everything it seems)

Chilli scramble at Redwood café Looked at Sea-Eagles, Sydney Olympic Park [ Link ] I drove up to coffee because the weather looked grey & drizzly. Herald-Sun "The Shark" Quiz: 8 out of 20 which is pretty bad. Some days here i can get closer to 18 I've asked Marty where he has spotted wild deer when it walking near me. Perhaps nowhere (yet) My friends i met 10+ years ago in melb ( Lentil as anything ) sent a photo in the group chat overnight: Two of them catching up in what-looks-like a café in Europe which felt nice to see. J & C I slept well, nodded off after work until 8pm (chatted with N, saw was at the bar: some guy was on acid who she ushered out & locked the door) then solidly 10pm-5am and then 5am-7am THE COMICS LOUNGE - JIMEOIN L bought tickets for us to see stand-up midweek Dinner beforehand at Town Hall Hotel, roo/parma I hadn't seen her since Jul 29, she'd been to the snow 3 times, her dad (80) was retiring this week, see...
