Voted (Vermont - Preston - Thornbury)

I decided to walk to the "scout hall" nearby. The other 2 places i could walk to to vote were schools i've been to 40 ba-billion times approx

They ended up not doing out at the scouts but at the church across the road. Not a venue on the AEC website (dodgy?)

It was a 30 min line which was okay. The grey nomads behind me said a neighbour in blackburn told them to come to this small church because it was less crowded

Fortunately, i had already eaten my democracy sausage before i lined up. A galaxy-brained move

Dude that cooked me my sausage outside the butchers at Brentford sq (never seen him before today) says to me as i'm walking passed him to go home "Hey you know the band nickleback?" i nod sure. You have the same hair. Then he proceeds to belt out the chorus of some nickback tune for about 10 sec (unsure which as they all sound the same to me)

My friend R had a half-price voucher for food and drinks in preston 4-7pm today. It's an app called EatClub. The rooftop at Lulu bar - opposite Surly's

The tacos were delicious! And tasty calamari too 

(Previously when we've used that deal, if we arrive early we don't get the deal. On that day we had to go away and come back, which felt pretty wacky. However today's venue opened at 4pm so we could't make that same mistake)

From Lulu bar, we caught an uber to Raccoon bar to play pool

When she left, it was still early, so i walked to Rebel Rebel bar, then Tallboy & Moose brewery, and lastly Carwyn Cellars
