I enjoyed Psycroptic (Tas.) a lot. That guitarist is wild. The vocalist has an echo effect on his growls that sounded a bit like Strapping Young Lad, Devon Townsend 

NeO sounded unbelievable. The bass player, who i'd seen before, is outstanding. French guitarist and Tim on violin mind-blowing as always. The new vocalist sounded spot-on. He is giant with long curly hair

I saw the original vocalist, Marc/Xen, in the audience up the back. He almost tripped up the stairs at one point. I missed his stage presence 

They were to play 2 latest albums in full. I didn't stay for the second half. The first song was 23 min. I had drunk enough. Got acid reflux (and hiccups in the uber home) 

CHERRY BAR / LTL COLLINS

My final beer was a pint of Guinness at cherry. I hung out with 2 metalheads from the country who were mid 40s. Regional victoria. One held a Psycroptic drum skin. He farmed wheat and grains. The one with the beard was friendly and chatty. He farmed nectarines and fruit. The DJ played pantera and i'm sure if i stayed longer megadeth

I ghosted & got home around midnight
