Culinaria coffee (acceptable) and toastie (cold, cheese not melted). I ought to stop going there

Booked in at OPSM for 5pm today. I'd like the optometrist to check my eye health – it would be a relief to hear there's nothing in it, no damage to the eye, and no infection 

Instead, Theo informed me that is been given fortnightly contact lenses instead of daily. And the fit was not correct either (curvature, diameter)

I was sent away to use eye-drops and monitor my incremental improvement. He said it didn't look angry, so most likely to be merely a mild bacterial infection. Hoping it clears itself by end-of-week

Work was quiet. I want interrupted much, so i got a fair amount done

Lunchtime weights - felt good

Meditated. Watched a few Bluey eps (S1 meh)

Had an amazing beer, tasted like canned apricots:

I didn't bother going to western shrubs trivia tonight for Sharon's bday in Kensington. I'm curious what they thought of it (and how well they did)
