Citizen science "bird count" week
I have re-downloaded the app, so i will be able to submit a 20-min count today & hopefully each day this week
Walked up to Dimicks for my morning coffee & banana bread
Half weights at lunchtime & half after work
Meditation after work, i feel my chest twitching (with stress i think)
Made tacos
Caught up on 2 eps of King & Conquerer
Watched the cheap seats
