8 - 9 AM
Breakfast w/ N at Figure 9 café (which we call Signal 9 liked the tobacconist retail chain). I had the tuna melt toasted sandwich. And Panadol. N had the avo smash
Showered after my daily 9:15am project stand-up
Had a meeting at 11am, then put my head down — working

Lunch break & a workout. I listened to the end of PEP EXTRA podcast ("Correspondence Central" stand-alone episode). And the the start of a tech podcast — a live panel on the future of Section 230 (incl. A.I.)
Ordered a new toilet brush off ebay. I didn't use a voucher this time. It was only 10$. I think i've ordered the exact same as the one that i broke this morning — it looks v similar
6 PM
Logged off the laptop
Panadol. Cereal. An instant coffee (a rare 2nd coffee). My headache potentially from not eating lunch
I need to fast from midnight until my 9:45am abdominal ultrasound in ringwood. No water

The new emojis dropped (fight cloud, etc)
It's drizzling. My rain guage will tell me how many cm — i emptied it this afternoon, coincidentally
